Filoxia is provided by Codivers Group. We want you to be happy with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back and how to request it.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Filoxia subscriptions (Plus, Family, and Premium — monthly or yearly). If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Subscription payments for Filoxia are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email our support team at support@filoxia.com with your order reference and the reason for the refund. We will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Account page in Filoxia. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund - if you also want a refund of your most recent charge, follow the steps above.

Outside the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages). Contact support@filoxia.com and we will look into it.

Free plan

The free plan is, well, free - there is nothing to refund.
